Ingredients

  • 1 Pack of Birdseye Steamfresh Cauliflower Florets

  • 4 oz cream cheese

  • 1/4 cup of sour cream

  • 1/2 cup of light shredded three cheese blend

  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Cook the florets in the microwave according to the packet and place in a medium size bowl.
  • Add cream cheese, sour cream and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mash with a potato masher or fork until the florets are broken up into small pieces.
  • Add half of the shredded cheese to the mixture and mix with the fork until distributed evenly.
  • Spread the mixture into a small cast iron pan and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
    Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes then broil until brown and crispy on top.

  • Try this delicious recipe as a side or by itself. It tastes like macaroni and cheese but has a different texture. Use more or less cheese depending on your preference.
