Cauliflower Buffalo Bites

1 head of cauliflower
½ cup mild buffalo sauce
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
¾ cup almond milk
¾ cup of flour
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450˚F
- Cut the head of cauliflower in half, then into florets. Make the florets smaller if you want them on the crunchy side.
- Add the flour, spices and milk to a large bowl and stir until combined. Add the florets to the batter ensuring each piece is coated.
- Spread out the coated florets onto a lined or well-oiled baking sheet. Then, bake for 20 minutes and flip halfway through.
- Mix the buffalo sauce, oil and honey in a large bowl. Place the hot florets into the bowl with the buffalo sauce mixture and coat evenly or use a brush.
- Bake for another 20 minutes and enjoy!

Notes
- Cut the florets into larger pieces if you want them soft and smaller pieces to make them crunchy.
