Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower

  • ½ cup mild buffalo sauce

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • ¾ cup almond milk

  • ¾ cup of flour

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 450˚F 
  • Cut the head of cauliflower in half, then into florets. Make the florets smaller if you want them on the crunchy side.
  • Add the flour, spices and milk to a large bowl and stir until combined. Add the florets to the batter ensuring each piece is coated.
  • Spread out the coated florets onto a lined or well-oiled baking sheet. Then, bake for 20 minutes and flip halfway through.
  • Mix the buffalo sauce, oil and honey in a large bowl. Place the hot florets into the bowl with the buffalo sauce mixture and coat evenly or use a brush.
  • Bake for another 20 minutes and enjoy!

Notes

  • Cut the florets into larger pieces if you want them soft and smaller pieces to make them crunchy.
