Zucchini and Meatballs

2 zucchinis (cut into 1/4-inch-thick rounds)
1/2 yellow onion (sliced)
3 pounds ground beef or turkey
2 tablespoons Italian Seasoning
1 tablespoon meat seasoning
1 can of Tuttorosso crushed tomatoes
Directions
- Combine spices with ground meat and mix with hands until well blended. Shape meatballs to about two inches in diameter. Coat pan with olive oil. Once the oil is hot, pan-fry meatballs on medium heat until brown and crisp. Add crushed tomato sauce to meatballs. Simmer for an additional 15 minutes. Saute zucchini with olive oil in a separate pan for about two minutes.
