2 cans of White Albacore Tuna in Water
1/3 cup Vegan Mayonaise
Fresh Black Pepper to Taste
1 half of red bell pepper (diced/minced)
1 half of green bell pepper (diced/minced)
1 half of yellow onion (diced/minced)
1 Pack of head of Romaine Lettuce
Directions
- Carefully drain tuna then mix ingredients until throughly combined. Use an ice cream scoop and place one scoop on top a leaf of lettuce.
