1 cup Kidney Beans
1 cup Pinto Beans
1 cup Black Beans
1 Tablespoon EVOO
1 teaspoon Oregano/Italian Seasoning
1 Sliced Onion
Salt to taste
Directions
- Pre-wash beans and check for rocks/sediments. Place ingredients in slow cooker. Beans will be cooked after about 4 hours on low. Add extra seasoning for flavor after cooking. Too much seasoning while cooking in the pot will make the beans salty.
- This recipe pairs well with sauteed chicken and steamed broccoli.
