Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kidney Beans 

  • 1 cup Pinto Beans

  • 1 cup Black Beans 

  • 1 Tablespoon EVOO⁣ 

  • 1 teaspoon Oregano/Italian Seasoning

  • 1 Sliced Onion

  • Salt to taste ⁣ ⁣

Directions

  • Pre-wash beans and check for rocks/sediments. Place ingredients in slow cooker. Beans will be cooked after about 4 hours on low. Add extra seasoning for flavor after cooking. Too much seasoning while cooking in the pot will make the beans salty.
  • This recipe pairs well with sauteed chicken and steamed broccoli.
