Ingredients

  • 2 cans of White Albacore Tuna in Water

  • 1/3 cup Vegan Mayonaise

  • Fresh Black Pepper to Taste

  • 1 half of red bell pepper (diced/minced)

  • 1 half of green bell pepper (diced/minced)

  • 1 half of yellow onion (diced/minced)

  • 1 Pack of head of Romaine Lettuce

Directions

  • Carefully drain tuna then mix ingredients until throughly combined. Use an ice cream scoop and place one scoop on top a leaf of lettuce.
